Airbnb • Experience Designer - Visual and Production
March 2021- Current

  • Organize design files and templates to improve internal creative processes, focusing on showcasing features and upcoming releases.

  • Design and develop icons for Airbnb's new Search feature based on Housing Categories.

  • Develop and maintain the Airbnb Iconography library to improve visual consistency across platforms.

  • Collaborate with UX designers to enhance visual storytelling through iconography and imagery.

  • Create an onboarding process and presentation for new Airbnb Design team designers.

  • Assist in managing and documenting Airbnb's Design System (DLS) for consistent optimization.

  • Led the design of Airbnb's Messaging Reactions, released in the Summer of 2024.

Strava • Production Designer (Contract)

  • Collaborated with the Brand Design team on large-scale creative projects incorporating diverse design elements.

  • Produced localized content in multiple languages for expansive campaigns, such as Strava’s subscription paywall and Local Legends feature release.

  • Created content for ongoing in-app blog posts.

  • Led Server Checkout test designs, leveraging data to inform design decisions and graphics for in-app marketing promotions.

  • Developed Figma components and templates to streamline internal creative processes and boost productivity.

 

Chime • Senior Visual Designer
June 2018- December 2019

  • Directed and mentored junior to mid-level designers in crafting Chime's brand identity and marketing collateral and overseeing projects across cross-functional teams and departments.

  • Conceptualized and crafted engaging visual marketing materials to highlight Chime's banking features, differentiating them from competitors in the banking and fintech sectors.

  • Executed performance marketing strategies, leveraging weekly A/B testing in social media-sponsored advertisements to drive a quarterly uplift in user enrollments and direct deposits, resulting in an 11% increase in CVR and CTR.

  • Spearheaded brand development initiatives to refine brand aesthetics and elevate brand recognition.
    Developed functional templates across various Adobe programs, empowering designers to expedite production processes efficiently.
